How do I add or recharge reseller credits?

Recharging your reseller credits takes just a few steps, and your new credits stack on top of your existing balance with nothing reset.

1. Go to the Reseller page and select the credit plan you want.
2. Click Get This Plan.
3. At checkout, find the field Starting out or restocking credits? and choose Add Credits.
4. Place your order.

Pay by Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency. If you pay by Interac, remember to include your order number in the e-Transfer message so we can match the payment to your account. Once payment is received, the credits are added to your account automatically.

Our credit packages are Starter (120 credits for $350 CAD), Standard (240 credits for $650 CAD), and Premium (720 credits for $1,950 CAD). If you have any trouble during the recharge, open a support ticket using the Contact support button.
