Credits are the currency of your reseller panel. You spend credits to create a customer line or to renew an existing one. The number of credits a line costs depends on two things: the length of the subscription and the number of connections on that line.
It helps to keep two ideas separate:
- A subscription (line) is one customer account with its own login.
- A connection is one device streaming at the same time. A 2-connection line lets 2 devices watch at once.
As a guide, 3 credits equals 1 month on a single-connection line. The standard credit costs by length are: 1 month is 3 credits, 3 months is 6 credits, 6 months is 9 credits, 12 months is 12 credits, and 24 months is 22 credits. A line with more simultaneous connections uses proportionally more credits. When you create a line in the panel, you pick the length and the number of connections, and the panel deducts the matching amount from your balance.
