This happens when more devices are watching at the same time than your plan allows. A connection is one device streaming at once. A 2-connection plan means 2 devices can watch simultaneously.
You can install your login on as many devices as you like, but only the number of connections you bought can play at the same time. Going over that limit pauses or blocks a stream.
To fix it:
- Close the app fully on devices you are not using. Just turning off the TV may leave the stream open in the background for a short time.
- Wait a minute or two after closing a stream for the connection to free up, then try again.
- Make sure your login is not shared with someone else who is watching at the same time.
