The Firestick and Fire TV are two of the easiest devices to set up with IPTVV Canada. The general steps are the same on both, and our free app V12Mate is the player we recommend.

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, search for and install V12Mate (it is free on Firestick). You may use another compatible IPTV player, but please do not use IPTV Smarters, as our service does not work properly with it.
  2. Open the app and look for the option to add a new account or playlist using a username, password, and server (portal) URL.
  3. Enter the exact login details we emailed you and that appear on your IPTVV account page.
  4. Save and let the app load. Your channels, movies, and series will appear.

For the smoothest experience on your main TV, place the Firestick close to your router and aim for around 25 Mbps for HD. If you ever lose your details, you can always view them again on your account page.
