Buffering right after setup is almost always a network issue rather than a problem with your subscription. Try these steps in order:
- Check your speed. Aim for about 25 Mbps for HD streaming.
- Use a wired Ethernet connection on your main TV when possible, since it is more stable than Wi-Fi.
- Restart your router and your streaming device, then try again.
- Lower the stream quality (for example to SD or a lower bitrate) to see if the picture steadies, which confirms a bandwidth issue.
If buffering only happens when several screens are watching at once, you may be at or near your connection limit, or your home internet may be stretched. If it continues after these checks, open a support ticket and tell us your device and internet speed so we can help.
