For a subscription you have already paid for, there is nothing to cancel. IPTVV Canada does not use automatic recurring billing, so your subscription simply ends on its expiry date unless you choose to renew it. We hold no card details and we cannot charge you again on our own.
Cancel an order you have not paid yet
If you placed an order and have not sent payment, you can cancel it yourself:
- Sign in on your account page.
- Find the order that is waiting for payment.
- Choose Cancel order and confirm.
The order updates to Cancelled straight away. This option only appears while an order is still awaiting payment, since a paid subscription is already active.
Anything else
For a refund request, a billing correction, or to stop a subscription before its expiry date, open a ticket from your account page and include your order number.
