To request a review, contact support with your order number and a clear description of the issue. If one channel or title is affected, include its exact name. Third-party player license fees do not automatically make an IPTV subscription refundable.
You can use the 24-hour free trial to test the service before buying. It is limited to one per customer and cannot be extended.
