Yes, on some channels. Catch-up lets you go back and watch a programme that has already finished, without having recorded it first.
What is available
- Catch-up is carried on a selected group of channels, not the whole lineup. At the moment roughly 400 channels offer it.
- Where it is offered, you can usually go back up to 3 days.
- Every other channel is live only.
How to use it
- Open the TV guide (EPG) in your player.
- Scroll back to a programme that has already aired.
- If that channel carries catch-up, the programme can be selected and played. Players usually mark these with a small archive or replay icon.
If a past programme will not open, that channel almost certainly does not carry catch-up. Your player also has to support the feature. TiviMate and Hot Player both do.
