Channel groups can shift order after your app updates its list. Most players let you set your own order and lock it in with a Manual sorting mode, so it stays the way you like it going forward.

In TiviMate

  1. Open the TV guide
  2. Go to the group list on the left
  3. Hold OK on any group
  4. Open Manage groups
  5. Go to TV > Groups sorting
  6. Choose Manual
  7. Use Reorder groups to drag them into the order you want

In OTT Navigator

  1. Open the live stream list
  2. Highlight the group you want to move
  3. Press the Menu button (three lines)
  4. Choose Rearrange in the list

In OTT Navigator, rearranging groups needs the app's own paid option, separate from your IPTVV subscription. If you do not have it, add the groups you check often to your favourites instead so you can reach them quickly.

Setting the order manually takes a few minutes but only needs to be done once, it survives future updates.
