Random crashes are usually caused by an overloaded device, a full cache, or an outdated app rather than your IPTVV service.

  1. Close and reopen the app. On a Firestick or Android box, fully exit it first instead of just pressing Home.
  2. Restart the device. Unplug it for 30 seconds and power it back on to clear memory.
  3. Clear the app cache in your device settings, or uninstall and reinstall the app.
  4. Update the app to the latest version, and check for system updates on your TV or box.
  5. Free up storage. Low free space on a Firestick or older box causes apps to crash. Remove apps you do not use.

If the app still crashes after a clean reinstall, try a different compatible player app to see if the issue follows. We recommend our free app V12Mate (free on Android and Firestick), and any compatible player works except IPTV Smarters, which does not work properly with our service. If it persists, contact our support team using the Contact support button and tell us your device type.
