Most login failures come from a small typo or from confusing the two different logins we use. There are two separate things:

  • Your IPTV login (username, password, and server URL) goes into your player app to watch TV.
  • Your account page sign-in is passwordless. You enter your email and we send a 6-digit code. This is only for managing your account, not for the app.

For the IPTV app login, check the following:

  1. Confirm your payment is confirmed. Login details only appear and start working once we confirm your order. Interac e-Transfers are confirmed manually, usually within a few hours.
  2. Copy the username, password, and server exactly as shown on your account page. Watch for capital letters, the number 0 versus the letter O, and extra spaces.
  3. Make sure you entered the full server URL, not just the username.
