When channels will not load, the cause is usually your network, your app cache, or your login not being entered correctly. Try these steps:
- Confirm you are connected to the internet and other apps (YouTube, a browser) work.
- Restart the app fully, then restart your device and router.
- Double-check your login details (username, password, and server URL) match exactly what is on your account page. A single wrong character will stop everything loading.
- Clear the app cache or reload the playlist so it pulls the latest channel list.
- Try lowering the stream quality to rule out a slow connection.
If only certain channels fail while others play fine, it is likely a temporary source issue that resolves on its own. If nothing loads at all, open a support ticket in the help center using the Contact support button.
