In OTT Navigator, some groups use a small picture instead of text (for example Sports or Kids). The app can skip these picture groups in the main channel list even when they are turned on in your settings.

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Extended settings
  3. Open Manage channels
  4. Tap Visible entities and make sure the group has a checkmark

If the group is checked there but still does not show in the main list, use the category filter instead:

  1. From the channel list, open Settings
  2. Go to Channels
  3. Open Filter by categories
  4. Select the missing group to open it directly

Your favourites and other groups are not affected, only the picture groups can be skipped this way.
