This guide walks you through everything from your first login to fixing the most common issues. Use the list on the right to jump to the part you need.

Before you start

Make sure you have these ready:

  • A stable internet connection (about 25 Mbps for smooth HD).
  • A supported device (Firestick, Android TV box, Samsung or LG Smart TV, iPhone, iPad, Windows or Mac).
  • Your IPTVV login, which appears on your account page and is emailed to you once your payment is confirmed.

Set up on a Firestick or Fire TV

  1. From the home screen, search for and install a compatible IPTV player.
  2. Open the app and enter the username, password and server from your welcome email, exactly as shown.
  3. Let the channel list load, then start watching.

Set up on a Smart TV

Most Samsung and LG TVs can install an IPTV player from their app store. Open the app, enter your login details, and load the channel list. If your TV has no suitable app, an inexpensive streaming stick or Android box adds one through any HDMI port.

Set up on a phone or computer

Install an IPTV player from your device app store, or use a web or desktop player on a computer, then sign in with your login details. This is handy for watching on the go or as a second screen.

Fix common problems

  • Buffering: use a wired connection on your main TV and lower the stream quality to test.
  • Login not working: copy and paste your details from the welcome email to avoid typos.
  • A stream pauses: you may have reached your number of connections. Close a stream on another device.
