Getting started takes three things: your login, the app for your device, and a steady internet connection.
1. Your login
Once your payment is confirmed (or your free trial starts), your username, password and server URL appear on your account page and in your email.
2. Install the app
Our official installation guide shows the app and every step for each device, with pictures.
3. Log in
When the app asks for your login, choose Xtream Codes and enter your username, password and server URL exactly as shown on your account page.
4. A steady connection
- About 25 Mbps for smooth HD, steady rather than just fast.
- Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi works better than a Wi-Fi booster.
- In Canada, keep your VPN off.
Your plan's number of devices is how many can watch at the same time. You can install the app on more devices, but only that many can play at once.
