It depends on what you need. The 6-digit code sign-in is only for the account page where you view and manage your subscription, but there are two different things you might want to do.
To open a new ticket, you sign in first. Use the email you used at checkout, and we email you a 6-digit code (no password needed, or you can use a password if you set one). Ticket support is for paid customers and free-trial customers. The Contact support button opens our assistant, which answers questions and, once you are signed in, helps you open a ticket.
To check an existing ticket, no sign-in is needed. Each ticket has a reference code, so you can follow up any time on the Check ticket status page with just that code.
When you open a ticket, it helps to include your order number or the email on your account so we can find you quickly.
