→ Try the 2-minute buffering fixer: answer a couple of questions and get the exact fix for your setup.
Buffering is almost always a network issue, not a problem with your subscription. The stream pauses to reload when your connection cannot keep up with the video.
Work through these quick fixes in order:
- Check your speed. Aim for about 25 Mbps for smooth HD. Run a speed test on the same device you stream on.
- Use a wired connection on your main TV or box if you can. Ethernet is far more stable than Wi-Fi.
- Restart your router and your device. Unplug the router for 30 seconds, then power it back on.
- Lower the stream quality (try SD or HD instead of FHD) to see if buffering stops. If it does, the cause is bandwidth.
- Close other apps or downloads eating your bandwidth (game consoles, large updates, other streamers in the house).
If buffering only happens on one specific channel, it may be a temporary source issue. Try again later or contact our support team using the Contact support button.
