→ Try the 2-minute buffering fixer: answer a couple of questions and get the exact fix for your setup.

Buffering is almost always a network issue, not a problem with your subscription. The stream pauses to reload when your connection cannot keep up with the video.

Work through these quick fixes in order:

  1. Check your speed. Aim for about 25 Mbps for smooth HD. Run a speed test on the same device you stream on.
  2. Use a wired connection on your main TV or box if you can. Ethernet is far more stable than Wi-Fi.
  3. Restart your router and your device. Unplug the router for 30 seconds, then power it back on.
  4. Lower the stream quality (try SD or HD instead of FHD) to see if buffering stops. If it does, the cause is bandwidth.
  5. Close other apps or downloads eating your bandwidth (game consoles, large updates, other streamers in the house).

If buffering only happens on one specific channel, it may be a temporary source issue. Try again later or contact our support team using the Contact support button.
