Sign in to your account page with the email you used at checkout. Your order shows exactly where it is:
- Payment received: your payment arrived. We are completing your order and will email your login details shortly. They also appear on your account page. Nothing else to do.
- Awaiting payment confirmation: the payment hasn't been confirmed yet. For crypto, the blockchain needs a few confirmations (usually minutes, Bitcoin can take longer).
- Partly paid: less than the full amount arrived, often because of a network fee. The card shows how much is missing and where to send it.
- Active: your username, password and server URL are on the card.

If your order still says Payment received after a while, open a ticket with your order number and we'll follow up.
