Don't worry, this is almost always just a short wait. e-Transfers are confirmed manually, usually within a few hours, so your login details may not be instant.
While you wait, please check the following:
- Look at your account page, your login details appear there automatically once payment is confirmed.
- Check your email inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for the confirmation message.
- Confirm your e-Transfer actually went through and included your order number in the message field.
If it has been several hours and you still see nothing, open a support ticket using the Contact support button with your order number. Sign in with your order email to open one; you can check an existing ticket any time with just its reference code.
