  1. Pick the coin and networkChoose the coin you hold. For USDT, match the network shown (for example TRC20) with the one in your wallet.
  2. Send the exact amountCopy the address and amount, or scan the QR code, from any wallet or exchange app that holds that coin (Binance, Crypto.com, Coinbase and others all work).
  3. Cover the network feeSome apps subtract their fee from what you send. Make sure the amount that arrives matches the amount asked.
  4. Wait for confirmationIt updates by itself, usually within minutes (Bitcoin can take longer). Your account page then shows Payment received.

Each order has its own address. Never reuse an old address or amount, and never share your wallet password or recovery phrase with anyone, including us.
