Subtitles are controlled in your player app and depend on the track being available in the stream.

  • To turn subtitles on or off, open the subtitle or CC menu in your player while the channel or movie is playing and select the track you want, or choose Off.
  • If subtitles are missing, the channel or VOD title may not include a subtitle track. Not every stream carries one.
  • If subtitles are out of sync, many players have a subtitle delay or offset setting you can nudge forward or back to line them up.
  • If they will not turn off, set the subtitle track to Off in the player menu rather than your TV menu.

Some player apps handle subtitles better than others, so trying a different compatible app can help. We recommend our free app V12Mate, and any compatible player works except IPTV Smarters, which does not work properly with our service. If a movie or series in the VOD library should have subtitles but does not, let us know using the Contact support button.
