Audio issues are usually fixed inside your player app rather than being a fault with the stream itself.
- Check the audio track. Many channels carry more than one language. Open the audio or track menu in your player and switch to the track you want.
- Confirm the device is not muted and the volume is up, both in the app and on your TV.
- Try a different player app. Some apps handle certain audio formats better than others. We recommend our free app V12Mate, and any compatible player works except IPTV Smarters, which does not work properly with our service.
- Restart the channel by exiting and reopening it, which often restores lost audio.
If a TV connected by HDMI has no sound, check your TV sound settings (some need PCM output for certain apps). If one specific channel has no audio at all while others are fine, it may be a temporary source issue. Contact our support team using the Contact support button if it continues.
