Can I get a refund because my IPTV player app requires payment?

IPTV player applications and your IPTVV subscription are separate products.

Third-party apps such as Hot Player and premium versions of other players may charge their own activation/license fee.

A player license fee does not automatically mean the IPTV subscription is refundable.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the current IPTVV refund policy.
