Slow channel switching is usually down to your connection, your device's power, or how the app loads each stream. A little delay is normal because each channel is a fresh stream that has to load, but you can make it faster.
- Use a wired connection or move closer to your router. A weak Wi-Fi signal makes each channel take longer to start.
- Restart your router and device to clear up a congested connection.
- Use a faster device. Older Firesticks and budget boxes are slower to load streams than newer hardware.
- Clear the app cache and try a different compatible player app, as some load channels quicker than others. We recommend our free app V12Mate, and any compatible player works except IPTV Smarters, which does not work properly with our service.
- Reduce your favourites or visible channel list if your app reloads a huge list each time.
If zapping is fast on Wi-Fi at one spot but slow elsewhere, the bottleneck is your home network. For ongoing issues, contact our support team using the Contact support button and share your device details.
