The free trial lasts 24 hours, is limited to one per customer, and cannot be extended. If it is not working, run through these checks:

  1. Make sure the trial is set up. Your login details are emailed and also appear on your account page once the trial is ready. If you do not see them yet, give it a short while and check your spam folder.
  2. Enter the details exactly. Copy the username, password, and server URL with no extra spaces, and watch for 0 versus O.
  3. Confirm the 24 hours have not run out. Once the trial period ends it stops working and cannot be extended.
  4. Restart your app and device if the details look correct but nothing loads.
