I paid for Hot Player but it still shows trial. What should I do?

If you purchased a Hot Player activation but the app still shows that the trial has expired, please locate the MAC address or device identifier displayed inside Hot Player.

Send that information to support so the activation can be checked.

Do not send passwords for your Apple, Google, email or banking accounts.

Hot Player is a third-party app whose activation and license are separate from your IPTVV subscription. Other player licenses, including TiviMate Premium, are also separate.
