Our service does not work properly with IPTV Smarters, so if you are using that app and seeing problems (channels not loading, frequent errors, or playback that will not start), the app itself is the most likely cause, not your subscription.

The fix is simple: switch to a compatible player. We recommend our free app V12Mate, which is free on Android and Firestick and is built to work smoothly with IPTVV Canada.

  1. Install V12Mate on your device (or any other compatible IPTV player, just not IPTV Smarters).
  2. Add a new account or playlist using your username, password, and server URL exactly as shown on your account page.
  3. Save and let the channel list load.

Once you move off IPTV Smarters, the issues you saw in that app should clear up. If you still have trouble after switching, open a support ticket using the Contact support button and tell us your device and the player you are now using.
